Plane Tessellations Background

Inspired by these traditions I created my Plane Tessellation collection.  The formal patterns appear at first glance to be a colourful array of elegant shapes, but look again I have transformed aircraft plan view shapes into intriguing geometric patterns, mimicking Islamic designs.
