TV Royal Dramas

I have never been in person to a great state occasion. The nearest I got was attending a street party in Dover to celebrate the Queens Coronation in 1953 and taking part in a Carnival through central London to celebrate the Queens Silver Jubilee in 1977. I was upset when Diana died tragically and went to London the following day to lay flowers at Kensington Palace and write in the Book of Condolences. Mostly I watch these things from home on the tele and take photos with a cup of tea and a Marmalade sandwich.
